I had a delightful stay at Surestay Plus Hotel. The friendly staff provided excellent service, and I especially appreciated the complimentary breakfast that was always well-stocked. The cozy atmosphere made my visit truly enjoyable.

However, the bathroom cleanliness left something to be desired, as we found it not adequately cleaned upon arrival. This hotel is a practical choice for families needing a budget-friendly option, but improvements in housekeeping would be beneficial.

It was just a suitable option for a cursory stop in Cookstown, great for the money. The in-room fridge was super handy for keeping drinks cold. Check for any team events in advance to avoid noise issues.

The room was clean and spacious with all necessary amenities, and the complimentary beverage station offered refreshing options 24/7.

Bathroom tubs were filthy, slipping on soaking, smelly carpets was all too common in the hallways. The pool was out of order during summer, and a lingering smoke smell hit us the moment we entered our supposedly non-smoking room.

The Double Room with Two Double Beds was spacious and had great natural light. Plenty of outlets for charging devices, which is always a plus! The bathroom was a good size, and I really appreciated having a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker in the room. The breakfast selection was solid, too, with juice options and fresh muffins. My only downside was the noise from other guests at times, but otherwise, a comfortable stay.

Perfect last-minute getaway

I was in town for a visit and needed a quick spot to stay. The room was super clean and cozy. The staff were friendly and gave out free cookies! I loved grabbing a coffee at night. The only bummer was no hot tub. Still, I’d recommend it for anyone visiting the area!

This place suits me perfectly! I love the free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, and seasonal outdoor pool. I remember when the staff helped return my shower bag I forgot. I highly recommend staying here. I’ll definitely be back for a city trip.
